The Bunbury Fund is now accepting applications for its 2019 Spring grants cycle.

The Fund supports non-profit organizations that are working to strengthen their capacity to effectively advance their missions toward sustainable, organizational maturity. Strengthening governance, leadership or staff expertise and supporting initiatives related to executive transition and succession planning are high priorities.

The Fund awards one-year capacity building grants of up to $50,000.  Multi-year grant requests focused on developing organizational effectiveness over a period of up to three years and up to $150,000 will be considered.  The fund will also accept planning grant requests up to $10,000 to help an organization evaluate the resources required to undertake a more comprehensive capacity building project.

A grant information session will be held on Feb. 21 at the Princeton Area Community Foundation. The session is not mandatory, but it will provide an overview of the grant guidelines and discuss the Fund’s focus on capacity-building efforts.

The deadline to apply for a grant in this cycle is March 8, 2019 at 5 p.m.
