Our nonprofit community has responded to the needs in our region in a tremendous way.
This year, we received a record number of applications for our grants: more than 220 applications for the five grants programs that were included in our recent 2022 Call for Proposals: Community Impact Grants, Fund for Women and Girls, NextGen Giving Circle, Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Community Development Fund and our COVID-19 Relief & Recovery Fund.
In comparison, during our last Community Impact grants application period, we received 66 grants.
We are filled with gratitude because we know our most vulnerable neighbors can rely on all these wonderful nonprofits doing terrific work in our communities.
Our team is working quickly to review these applications, and we are also working with the advisors of the Fund for Women and & Girls, NextGen Giving Circle, and the Chamber’s Fund to support their grantmaking needs.
