The Princeton Area Community Foundation has been named by the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce as the recipient of this year’s Community Impact Award.
“We want to thank the MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce for this tremendous honor,” said Jeffrey Vega, the President & CEO of the Princeton Area Community Foundation.
The MIDJersey Chamber of Commerce announced the winners of awards in five categories during a press reception at Hill Wallack, a law firm in Princeton. The honorees were chosen based on their impact throughout the region and business community.
In a statement, Chamber President & CEO Robert Prunetti said “the Chamber is proud to recognize these honorees for their outstanding accomplishments. They are an elite class with a special place in our business community. They characterize great success and leadership, and are deserving of this recognition.”
MIDJersey Chamber Chairman of the Board Paul Kuhl added: “On behalf of our Board of Directors, we offer our congratulations to this outstanding class of honorees. They have each made a tangible impact and sustained commitment to the community. We are excited and honored to celebrate with them at our Annual Awards Gala this April.”
The other honorees are: Creative Marketing Alliance (CMA) – Outstanding Small Business of the Year; Investors Bank – Distinguished Corporation of the Year; Former Hamilton Mayor Jack Rafferty – Citizen of the Year; and Michael Mann, Esq. from Pepper Hamilton LLP – Ed Meara Lifetime Achievement Award Winner.
The Annual Awards Gala, will be held on April 21, 2016 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton.
