 The Session

How do you know that your organization is at the top of its game?  If you’re not there, do you know what you need to do to be the best at your work?

John Brothers will show you how to use self assessment to start a meaningful conversation within your organization about your core capacities and internal culture.  We’ll prepare your leaders to talk about these issues constructively and discuss available tools and resources.  You’ll learn how you can participate in a Community Foundation initiative to measure nonprofit capacity across Mercer County.  Bring decision-makers from both your Board and staff to make the best use of this seminar.

The Speaker

John Brothers founded Quidoo Consulting and is a senior fellow at the Support Center for Nonprofit Management in New York. He is the author, with Anne Sherman, of Building Nonprofit Capacity: A Guide to Managing Change Through Organizational Lifecycles. He teaches social policy at Rutgers University and nonprofit management at New York University and has served as a visiting fellow at the Hauser Center at Harvard.
